Warranty
Manufacturer warrants each pair of skis against manufacturing
defects. but does not warrant damage from bashing, crushing or abusive treatment, for one year following sale. Sales receipt
is required as proof of purchase date. Manufacturer will, at its option and as a CUSTOMER EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, repair any ski
not complying with this warranty, replace it with the same or comparable model, or refund the sale price to the customer.
By acceptance of purchase customer understands that there
are inherent and other risks involved in the sport of snow skiing for which this equipment is to be used, that injuries are
common and ordinary occurrences of the sport, and purchaser freely and voluntarily assumes those risks, releasing Odyssey,
owners, and agents from any and all liability for damage, injury or death to themselves or to any person or property resulting
from the use of this equipment.
If purchaser
does not agree to the above then they should return the skis, as well as pay for return shipping, within 30 days, for credit
prior to use.
